The Commercial Brokerage Team meets each work day to review new properties on the market, to discuss sales, leasing and marketing activity, to review and discuss new market opportunities, and to identify procedures to provide better service to our customers and clients.

Leasing

After finding the right tenant, we prepare all the lease documentation. Accounting Services

Accurate and complete records are kept for each property. Owners receive a monthly accounting statement (via email or mail) of all income and expenses and a year-end statement along with a Form 1099 to simplify your tax preparation.
