We’re happy to welcome Brandon Larios to Property Professionals, Inc. as our new Maintenance Coordinator!
Brandon brings more than three years of experience to the position and will work alongside Melanie, our Maintenance Director, to help keep maintenance requests moving from the first report through the completed repair.
Maintenance is a big part of property management. When something needs attention, our residents want to know what happens next, and our property owners want to know their homes are being cared for. Having Brandon on the team gives us another person focused on helping requests get handled quickly and effectively.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys staying active and would happily trade a busy city for fresh air and a mountain view. We’re glad he’s joining us here at PPI—even if New Braunfels can’t quite compete with the mountains!
Please join us in welcoming Brandon. We’re happy to have him on board!
